This website is owned and operated by How The Voice Works and is made available to you on the following terms and conditions. By using the site and the services available on it you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.

Use of the site

The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for information about our services and/or to purchase courses. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site.

Service availability

We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. The design and specification of the site may be altered at any time.

Limitation of liability

Our liability, and the liability of our third party suppliers, for any loss or damage suffered by you as the result of your use of this site is limited to your actual direct damages and, except in the case of fraud, excludes any loss of future earnings, profit or prospects or any consequential or speculative loss. As required by law, this exclusion does not extend to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Prices and Payment

By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order. Payments are made using a secure payment gateway sanctioned by all the main UK banks and provided by Stripe. PayPal has also been made available as alternative payment platform.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing using the contact form or at the following address: How The Voice Works, Llwyn Onn, Llandough, Cowbridge, CF71 7LR.


How The Voice Works will refund your payment card account with any monies debited from it as soon as possible after receiving notice of cancellation from you, and in any case within 30 days of receipt of that notice.

In the event that you wish to cancel a lesson, you are entitled to a full refund if more than 48 hours notice is given. No refunds are given for lessons cancelled at less than 48 hours notice.

In the event that you wish to cancel your place on a course, you are entitled to a refund on the following scale:

28 days or more - 90% refund 

7-28 days - 25% refund 

Less than7 days, including the day of the event - no refund (under any circumstances, including illness) 

If How The Voice Works has to cancel a course, a full refund will be offered. Please note that tutors and content may change from that advertised without notice.

Refunds

Our payment system will only charge your credit card when the product or service you have requested has been purchased. If you have difficulties with the above system, please contact us using our contact form.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of England & Wales and all disputes shall be decided by the England & Wales courts.
