  • By booking a lesson, you consent the use of your information to enable us to run our services, including the use of Acuity Scheduling to manage availability, and either PayPal or Stripe for payment purposes as necessary.

  • We require you name, email address and mobile number are required to book a session. If you book the session, you are required to make payment at the time of booking. If we book the session for you, payment can be made at the time of the session.

  • By reserving a place to attend either an individual lesson or group class at one of our studios, or your place of work you agree to the use of your information.

  • We need this information to confirm your agreement of the fees for our services, and the notice period required for cancellation or postponement.

  • We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.

  • If a cancellation is requested and a refund or partial refund due under our terms and conditions, or otherwise at our discretion then this will be credited to he same payment method as was used for payment.

  • We share your personal information only with third party applications that facilitate our service and they include:

Acuity Scheduling, SquareSpace, PayPal, Stripe and MailChimp.

Email marketing messages & subscription

We use two step authentication to confirm consent for subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. Subscribers from previous versions of our site confirmed their consent by opting in when booking a lesson. We only collect certain data about you, as detailed in the "Processing of your personal data" above. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software/applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.

Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. We provide you with an easy method to withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) or manage your preferences / the information we hold about you at any time.
